Fractional CMO · GTM Strategist

Hey, I'm Yuliia.

I help B2B SaaS and tech services companies $1M–$10M ARR build growth engines tied to revenue — through short GTM sprints or longer fractional engagements.

I've been on the co-founder side of the business and led 50+ B2B engagements on GTM and content — enough to build a methodology and a trained eye for where the work breaks and what to fix first. The goal is to take marketing off founders' shoulders and turn it into a system that produces pipeline.

Currently mentoring at Techstars and Unicorn Factory Lisboa.

The diagnosis

Where are you stuck?

After 50+ B2B GTM engagements, six patterns keep showing up. Different industries, different stages, same tells. If two of these sound like you, we should talk.

01

Doing everything right. Still no pipeline.

You launched the ads, started posting, built the funnel. Dashboards say you're working. Pipeline says nothing.

02

Founder doing marketing's job.

You're editing social posts when you should be on sales calls. Picking subject lines when you should be running AM. The work is happening — by the wrong person.

03

Revenue ceiling you can't scale past.

You hit the same number every month. The next decimal point won't come from working harder. It'll come from a different system. You don't have one yet.

04

Marketing and sales in different languages.

Marketing chases leads. Sales chases revenue. Nobody owns the handoff. Pipeline rots in the gap.

05

Selling everything to everyone.

No specific ICP. No clear offer. Everyone's a maybe and nobody's a yes. The market doesn't know what you do because you don't either.

06

Pipeline from two sources only.

Founder network and Upwork. That's the pipeline. The day either one slows down, the company's exposed.

You think the problem is the channel. Or your junior marketer. Truth isyou need someone who's looked inside enough companies to know what's actually broken.

What clients say

You may not take my word for it. Take theirs.

"They care, they really care. When we began collaborating, we had no equivalent to a CMO role in our company. Four months later, all goals were met. Now we have a proper pipeline — not just a few cases."

CEO, B2B IT services company

"They helped us focus on our strengths and clarified our business direction. Before engaging, we relied on Upwork for almost all our sales, our marketing was scattered, our LinkedIn was inactive, and we couldn't nurture leads."

Founder, B2B tech services company

"Yuliia quickly identifies specific, tactical opportunities even with limited prep time. Founders noted her insights were immediately actionable."

FAQ

Still wondering?

Why fractional CMO instead of a full-time hire?

A full-time CMO is €120–180K base salary. Plus, benefits. Plus recruiting fees and time to onboard.

A fractional will take <40% of that. That same range on the market — €60–90K/year — gets you a mid-level marketer who will execute but will still need direction. And when you want to stop being the relay and offload some headspace to focus on sales, you really don't want more people reporting back to you and still making every call.

A fractional is a great model for when you want ownership and accountability but you know you're not ready to commit to a full-time senior hire yet. It also works like a charm for first senior hires, or when you're in transition, repositioning, moving into new markets.

And because a fractional has frameworks already built, pattern recognition from 50+ companies, knows where to dig for leaky funnels and missed growth opportunities (I know I do), you get strategic clarity and focus from day 1. And that stops eating your time and earns your money right back.

How long until I see results?

Strategy outputs are immediate. After the first session you walk out with deliverables and clarity — what to fix, what to stop, what to test. That's the qualitative win you feel right away.

Pipeline outputs depend on what we're fixing. If you're a smaller company selling lower-check products, you might see the first inbound leads inside the first month. If you're a 50+ headcount company with a broken or non-existent marketing system, count on 3 months or more before pipeline catches up.

Either way, you get transparent reports on what's working and what isn't from week one. No black boxes.

Do you handle execution, or just strategy?

Both, depending on the tier. Strategy Hour and GTM Audit are diagnostic. Sprint delivers a strategy you execute. Fractional means I'm in the execution with you.

I have a deep content background, so messaging and positioning aren't abstract concepts — I'll roll up my sleeves on hands-on organic work when it matters. Some clients essentially get a Head of Marketing and a Head of Content in one person when hiring me.

When the scope grows beyond what I cover (paid, lead gen, RevOps), I bring in the right operators. But I keep and own the marketing function. You don't get five vendors. You get me, with specialists plugged in when needed.

What size company is this for?

Primary fit: B2B SaaS or B2B services, €1M–€10M ARR, 15–100 people.

Sprint and Audit work for earlier stages — bootstrapped through pre-Series A.

I also take consultancy engagements with early-stage startups. I mentor at Techstars and Unicorn Factory Lisboa, so I'm used to working with founders who are still finding their footing.

What if we want to end the engagement early?

We can start with a one-month pilot if you want to test the fit before committing. After that, fractional has a 3-month minimum because positioning and messaging changes need time to compound — you can't tell if it's working in 30 days.

Past that, monthly cadence with one rule: tell me when it's our last month. No exit fees, no awkward conversations. Sprint and Audit are scoped projects (you pay for the deliverable). Strategy Hour is one session at a time.
